Here at the Saddleback Fred Whitton Challenge we are now busy sorting entries and getting ready to run the ballot on the 19th January.
The event takes place on Sunday the 8th of May this year. Apologies if some have had problems trying to find this ever so important piece of information. Our entry system has been designed to try to accommodate as many people as possible. We leave the lottery stage open for almost two weeks to give everyone interested in riding a fair chance to enter the ballot. We don’t want this to be a first come first served event.
We have various entry types:
- Complimentary – for those who raised over £500 for our charities.
- Volunteer – for those who helped the event significantly in 2015.
- Deferred – this is for those who could not ride last year, told us in time to find a replacement.
- Overseas – we keep a few places for riders coming from afar.
All the above are by personal invitation based on information from last year. If you think you fit one of the above categories and you haven’t received an email please get in touch. Our records will show which you are entitled to.
